Head of Marketing - Full time

Stream Live Ltd, founded in 1997 and based in London, is a diversified media company with multiple online and offline properties. Originally established to provide advisory services across a whole range of sectors, the business quickly gained greatest traction in the area of “life advice”. Stream Live Ltd is the international subsidiary of adviqo AG which is based in Berlin (Germany) who are the world market leader in this sector; their offering includes live counselling services in the areas of life advice, therapeutic counselling and coaching advice. With over 250 employees and offices in 3 countries (Germany, UK, France) the group company operates a TV channel, traditional print media and online marketplaces, as well as mobile applications.

Job summary

As Head of Marketing you will be responsible for the Marketing mix of adviqo’s international brands including TheCircle and Viversum France. You will inspire an international team with entrepreneurial spirit and will be in charge of the international Marketing strategy of the brands based in UK.

What you do

  • Lead and coordinate the content-oriented Marketing programme across all media channels and markets
  • Manage annual international Marketing CRM, Email & App plans plus devise & agree the Marketing spend & performance budget
  • Support Mobile and App growth plans for current and future Stream Live services
  • Test and optimise automated Marketing strategies for international business units
  • Report using KPI-driven marketing monitoring systems
  • Coach and functionally lead international UK-based Marketing teams and work closely with Marketing teams in Berlin head office
  • Directly report to UK Managing Director and be part of the UK senior management team
  • Travel to Berlin head office when needed

  What you bring with you

  • 5+ years of marketing and/or consulting experience
  • 2+ years of management experience
  • Ability to work on topline reports & initiatives as well as support the Marketing team’s day-to-day efforts
  • You are fluent in English (on a native-level).Fluency in French an advantage
  • Results-driven team player able to simultaneously work on tactical and strategic Marketing activities
  • Knowledge of segmentation and customer targeting for optimal response rates across Digital, App and DM channels
  • Experience with reporting software tableau an advantage
  • Mobile Marketing experience an advantage
