Call Centre Agent - Full time with Shift Work

Are you looking for a diverse role as a Customer Care/Customer Service/Telesales agent within a unique market? Streamlive have a fantastic opportunity that has become available within an inbound Customer Service and Sales team with a positive and vibrant team environment. 

The successful candidate will be confident, proactive and show a strong work ethic. The role is perfect for someone who is looking to maximise their call centre and customer service skills by gaining experience in a number of different operational disciplines such as on-line chat support, customer retention initiatives, customer service, warm outbound calling & upselling.

The business is a dynamic on-line based company with an exciting customer service retention program and big growth plans for 2017/18. We are looking for candidates to start as soon as possible.

Ideally you will have had some experience in:
- Customer service
- A sales environment

Hours of work are 40 hours per week which will include weekend work on a rotational basis which includes shifts between 8am and 11pm. The role has a competitive basic plus the potential to earn bonus and incentive on top of the basic.
