This service is answered by our live psychic team, there are no computer generated responses, each response is individually by a live psychic. Very popular with the ABC1 markets and always a good ‘bolt on’ product to go with the Live psychic readings telephony services.
CD Recordings of Readings
Increase callers to your lines by promoting this service. Callers can listen to their reading over & over again. Details of the number they called is printed on the CD for repeat calls. They are sent out in unmarked white envelopes for caller confidentiality. Caller is notified that CD is available at the beginning of their call. Available on PRS and Credit Card calls.
Replay Service
Another way to increase revenues is to add the ‘replay service’ to your PRS lines. Callers will hear a message at the beginning of their reading advising that replay is available. They will be given a code and a PRS number to call once they have had their reading. Callers are able to call and listen to their reading from the minute they put the phone down. The can listen to the whole reading again or forward/rewind using their phone keypad and listen at will. The service is configurable by DDi, can run on a variety of tariffs and a variety of time periods from 7-60 days that callers can listen in again.SMS Birthdate Horoscopes
The most popular of a variety of text static esoteric services we provide. Customers send in a keyword to a short code to sign up for daily horoscopes based on their birthdate.
